Event Submission Deadline
The deadline for Game Masters to receive full credit toward admission and be included in the onsite book is Monday, November 7, 2006. |
Game Master Credit
Game Masters who submit events by November 7, 2006 will receive full credit toward their convention registration fees. Game Masters get 1 day free admission to the convention for every four hour slot that they work. To be considered for credit, the number of scheduled players per event must be at least six per Game Master (i.e., an event with less than six players must be run in additional sessions to qualify, and an event with multiple Game Masters must have 12, 18, etc. player slots). The credit is based on the number of player slots available, not the actual number of players that play in the event at the convention. Game Masters of walk-in games (added at the convention) or who submit an event after the November 7 deadline will not receive credit.
|
Walk-In Games
The running of walk-in games at the convention is welcomed and encouraged. Walk-in Game Masters must contact the Games Coordinator during the convention to register their event(s). Table space will be provided as available and if a walk-in game is recorded at least four hours prior to running, a sign-up sheet will be added to the registration table. Walk-in Game Masters will not receive any credit toward admission.

Appropriateness of Events
This is a family convention. Please keep everything in good taste — no profanity or indecent behavior will be tolerated. The staff reserves the right to refuse event submissions that do not meet the convention’s standards.
|
Eating, Drinking, Smoking
No smoking is allowed inside the convention site.
It is the Game Master's prerogative to ask players not to eat or drink at the table.

GM Responsibility
Please note that Wolfcon considers your submission to be a personal pledge to Wolfcon and to the players attending the convention. We will expect you to show up and run your event as scheduled. If you cannot attend the convention, please contact the Games Coordinator - Rob Lindauer (773) 283-4844 or at RobertLindauer@Hotmail.com as quickly as possible. Game Masters who do not run their events may be excluded from future conventions.
